Papal Award to Capt. (Ret.) Frank Marcus
On Sunday, October 22, CAPT RNLN (ret.) Frank Marcus received the Papal award “Knight in the order of St. Silvester” from Pastor Van Klaveren in his home parish in Gouda.
Frank has devoted his heart and soul to the various parishes in Gouda (The Netherlands) and the surrounding area for many years.
In addition, he was chairman of the Dutch Military Lourdes Pilgrimage Foundation for more than 15 years and still is, already for many years, chairman of the Foundation for Support of Dutch Catholic Education for Military Personnel.
The NL delegation of AMI would like to congratulate Frank on this well-deserved award.
